Vegan Matte Lipsticks

Velvet Lip Fluid is our liquid to matte lipstick. It glides on as a lightweight liquid, then sets to a soft, velvet matte finish that stays put through the day. Every 4ml tube is vegan and cruelty free, in shades from nude Bare to Iconic Red.
 

Matte lipstick, in liquid form

A matte liquid lipstick gives you the saturated colour of a bullet lipstick with a lighter, longer-wearing finish. You apply it wet for an even layer, and it dries down to matte in about a minute. Because it sets, it is less likely to feather or slide than a creamy lipstick, which makes it a good long lasting lipstick for events, workdays and photos.

How to apply liquid lipstick

1. Start with smooth lips. Exfoliate gently and let any lip balm sink in for a few minutes.
2. Line your lips with a matching liner such as our Frame Work No Budge Lip Liner to define the shape.
3. Apply one thin layer from the centre outwards, then trace the edges.
4. Let it set fully before pressing your lips together. Add a second thin layer for more intensity.
