DELIVERY DELAYS - All Australian carriers are experiencing delivery delays due to the COVID-19 crisis. MODELROCK will continue to dispatch orders the same or next business day but we have no control over delivery delays with carriers once orders are dispatched.
NEW ZEALAND ORDERS are currently facing delivery delays of a week or more on top of normal transit times
OTHER INTERNATIONAL ORDERS - Some destinations are facing significant delivery delays ( 4 - 6 weeks and more) and will depend on the national postal services in the destination country. We do not recommend placing orders for International destinations at this time.
MODELROCK pride ourselves on super fast order turnaround. Orders placed before 3:30pm on a business day will be processed as quickly as possible and in most cases will be despatched the same day. Orders placed after this or on a weekend or public holiday will be processed the following business day.

MODELROCK send parcels via Australia Post's eParcel service or with Aramex (formerly Fastway) couriers. By default parcels will require a signature on delivery however you can select 'YES' for 'Authority to Leave' during checkout. By doing this your parcel, at the drivers discretion, will be left in a secure place otherwise a calling card will be left to collect the parcel at your local Australia Post Office or, in the case of a Aramex delivery, to arrange re delivery.
If you have specific delivery instructions or do not want your parcel left unattended please tell us in the comments section when you place your order.
Once your parcel has been packed you will receive a dispatch notification email with your tracking information, You may also receive an additional email from either Australia Post or Fastway once your parcel has been collected from us. These emails will contain a tracking number and details allowing you to track the progress of your delivery - tracking links may not work until later in the day when the carrier has physically scanned the parcel into their system.
MODELROCK LASHES offers two options for shipping and handling. We post every business day from postcode 2256
1. Standard Postage
2. Australia Post eParcel Express Post- please check the Australia Post Express Post Network for delivery times (sending from postcode 2256).
Many metro areas will be next business day delivery however please bear in mind that we have no control over the delivery times of parcels once they have been collected from our premises by Australia Post. Australia Post no longer offer a next day delivery guarantee for Express Post parcels.
MODELROCK work hard to pack your orders and 99% of orders received during business hours (NSW - AEST) are dispatched and lodged with Australia Post or Fastway the same day.
Please bear in mind that once your parcel is lodged with the delivery companies we have no control over the delivery process and unfortunately there are sometimes delivery delays - please always refer to the tracking link received when your order is dispatched to track the progress of your order.
We ship world wide, enter your country and postcode when viewing your cart or checking out to see the available shipping options and prices. Website pricing is in Australian dollars (AUD). All orders are charged in AUD and may be converted into your local currency by your payment provider.
Upon arrival into your country your order may be assessed by the local customs authorities to determine any local duties, taxes or fees payable. MODELROCK has no control over these fees and if unsure we recommend checking with your local authorities before ordering as you will have to pay any duties and taxes applicable to them before they release your parcel for delivery.
